Each item is custom-made just for you, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.

If there’s an issue with your order (such as something arriving damaged or incorrect), please don’t hesitate to contact us using our Contact Us page. We're happy to look into it and will always do our best to make sure you’re taken care of.

Our Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your order the moment it splashes into your mailbox — but if something arrives not quite right, we’ve got you.

Every item is made just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. If that happens, we’ll happily make it right.

Found an issue?

Send us a quick message within 30 days of receiving your item. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A short note about what went wrong

We'll take it from there — whether it's a replacement or a refund, we’ve got your back.

Wrong Address?

If the shipping address was incorrect and the package gets sent back, we’ll reach out to get the right one and help with reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

We don’t accept returns for:

  • Items returned without contacting us first
  • Size issues (please double-check our sizing chart before ordering!)

Returns sent back without approval may be donated or discarded after 30 days.

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
